1. How old must I be to open an account in the casino?

4. There are several reasons as too why a bonus was not applied to your account:
- If the bonus was requested AFTER the deposit was made, a representative will need to credit your account manually.

There is only one possible option. You have not completed the wagering requirements on the bonus. The wagering requirements for a bonus can be found under Terms and Conditions and Promotions and in the Cashier.
6. What do you mean by 'Wagering Requirements'? Does it mean that I have to deposit that amount/win that amount?
When claiming a bonus you are asked to wager (place bets) your deposit & bonus a certain amount of times before you are able to cash out. Wagering requirements for Slots bonuses are usually X times the deposit and bonus amount. Software malfunctions at times. We have developed extremely stable software, however it may still crash or freeze due to an error or because the computer the player is using has a technical problem.
